  14. Any action or activity that helps you relieve tension by generating positive, peaceful thoughts will gradually help your brain get used to optimism. Create a supportive space of positivity around you. Create a list of motivating and inspiring phrases and view them daily.
  15. Listen to inspiring audiobooks or videos once a day. Communicate with people who are optimistic by nature and have achieved success.
  16. Limit your communication with pessimistic people and “energy vampires”.
  17. Find positive moments in every situation that happens to you.
  18. Once you have reached a psychological balance, maintaining positive thinking in the future occurs naturally. The process of replacing negative thoughts with positive ones is straightforward and involves several key steps.
  19. Identify the points that you would like to change. Remove the sources of negativity from your life and learn to confront them with more confidence. Reduce their significance and always focus on the positive aspects.
  20. Follow the way you think. Several times a day, take a break from your dailyactivities  and evaluate your thoughts. If the negative ones prevail, try to turn them into a positive direction or remove them entirely from your head. Maintain a healthy sense of humor, smile more often, and joke at every opportunity.
